EVO Payments Acquires Nodus Technologies
In May 2018, EVO Payments, Inc., a leading global provider of payment technology integrations and acquiring solutions, acquired Nodus Technologies, a leading provider of electronic payment, e-commerce, and retail business process automation software for small and mid-size companies.
“Nodus provided us with a software tool that facilitates integrations into leading ERP providers such as Microsoft, significantly enhancing our B2B capabilities,” stated Lindsay Mowery, VP of Sales, EVO B2B.
The acquisition was initiated to better serve Microsoft Dynamics users and EVO merchants using the Microsoft product suite. As a result of the acquisition, EVO’s and Nodus’ customers are increasingly able to leverage the Microsoft suite of products to grow their businesses and attain their business goals.
